acceptable stay with cleanliness issues
my room was not clean upon arrival i found hairs in the bathroom this was very unpleasant. also i experienced unfriendly staff on my last day at checkout. i was a little late but the receptionist was not comprehensive.

the staff provided assistance, particularly with directions. the room had complimentary items, like creams, available in the lobby. i found the bathroom clean.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to a lot of places.
The room was quite small I found it difficult to move around with my luggage. Storage was limited there was hardly any space to unpack my belongings. The bathroom also felt cramped , made it uncomfortable to use.

convenient location helpful staff metro lines infrequent housekeeping early check-out negotiation necessity
the location had convenient access to different metro lines. there were also several convenience stores close by. the staff helped me with luggage forwarding forms.
housekeeping only serviced my room once during my five-night stay. this service occurred at the beginning of the trip so there were four days without cleaning. the hotel's check-out time was 10 am and i needed to negotiate for a later time.
